Internet marketing is a relatively new concept in business that has yet to be taught as a separate subject in traditional business schools. While many have ventured into various ways of making money online, a lot of these methods were shrouded in secrecy and confusion. Like most neophytes in affiliate marketing, Mark Acutt made costly mistakes as he was starting out which led him from hundreds of dollars in daily sales to zero.
The Mark Acutt Story
Mark Acutt was born and raised in Durban, South Africa.He relocated to England in 1996 and worked in IT, rising to the position of Senior Network System Engineer. He got married and eventually raised two children.His close friend, Andre, at the time was involved in affiliate markeing with Clickbank products, and making good money with it. It was only in 2007 when Andre suggested that he and his family move to Spain and try affiliate marketing as an alternative source of income that Mark Acutt finally decided to give it a try.
Mark began with the marketing of a Clickbank product. His efforts started bringing in profits every day until Google banned his product campaign. This signalled the end of Mark Acutt’s first venture in affiliate marketing.
Instead of giving up as most newcomers do, Mark Acutt went back to the basics of affiliate marketing and learned as much as he could in an effort to recover his losses. He decided to read up about all the aspects of affiliate marketing, tried out some products, tested and adjusted his methods until he was able to come up with an effective system that generated profits for him on a daily basis.
Cash Bootstrapping Method
He called his hybrid affiliate marketing system, “Cash Bootstrapping Method”. With as little as you can begin to reinvest small profits continuously, generating higher profits daily.
While the system is highly simplified with diagrams and illustrations to walk you through affiliate marketing, Mark admits that there is a learning process that anyone using it for the first time will have to go through but that if you follow all the steps, learn and master them, you can operate a new affiliate site within 1 to 2 weeks and generate tidy profits from it.
Mark still studies developments and trends relating to internet marketing and is happy to share his learnings with others.
